It seems like we are in a constant whirlwind here...between searching out amazing finds for the shop, keeping the Adjectives Market booth full, managing our "other businesses", connecting with new and unique folk artists, watching over our families...the time flies by!

And....before we forget....things have been rearranged and shuffled a bit...and there is now a whole other room of When Pigs Fly goodies at the shop!  Hopefully, if all goes as planned, there will be 2 more rooms open by our big Fall Harvest Home Celebration.  It's all so exciting!

Please enjoy this holiday weekend but, let us not forget who we have to thank for it.  Our thoughts and thanks go out to those that have served and to those that are serving in all branches of the military.  We could not do what we do with out you and the unselfishness of your families.  We thank you and we honor you.

Where Does The Time Go??

The last time we talked, we were getting ready for the Big Opening at Adjectives Market....and it was great!  If you can't find what you are looking for at this market, you won't find it anywhere. :)

But....in Mount Dora, things are still rockin'!  We have some great new pieces that we are so excited to share with you.  Okay, okay...stop talking and post the pictures, right?

It's really not fair for us to show you this, but we can't help ourselves.  Isn't this the best weathervane ever?  Well, someone thought so, because about 2 hours after it made its official Pigs Debut, it was gone!  Yep...sold and off to a new home where we know it will be loved and appreciated...Congratulations!



This sweet chair is iron and wood...very industrial looking!  Perfect as a porch seat or next to a small table...not too big, not too small, just right.



Burlap Table Runners!  These sold out within days when we offered them at the beginning of Spring..love, love, love them.



Do you see this paint? The latches? The single shelves?  Old, heart pine shirt cabinet...right out of a General Store! 

But this is what we have been waiting for....the front of the drawers are wood and the sides are tin!  This 24 drawer table top cabinet looks pretty good on that dark table...with that very cool arm lamp next to it.

This is kind of like looking into the shop windows...even if you can't visit us in person, you can see what we've been up to!  But, as Dorothy said, "Things come and go so quickly here"....
